Since eBay's New eBay Stores Experience announcement on January 13, 2009, there has been a lot of discussion and concern over what will happen to eBay sellers' custom store designs. Due to the amount of discussion, I felt it necessary to write a brief statement concerning this issue to both current and future clients of Diztinct, Inc.
To current clients, I want to assure you that the designs that Diztinct has provided to you over the years are compatible with the new eBay Stores platform. Therefore, you should be able to make the switch without experiencing any design or functionality issues. However, if you do experience any problems in relation to our design and the transition over to the new eBay Stores platform, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do what is necessary to fix the problems right away and at no cost to you.
To future clients, I want to let you know that Diztinct works very hard at providing Award-Winning designs and dynamic layouts, while at the same time doing our best to stay within the confines of eBay's policies. If our designs are ever outside of those confines in any way, we will make the necessary adjustments quickly and at no cost.
